After that, they undergo Type Rating at approved training organisations in India or abroad. What Are the Eligibility Criteria for the Air India Cadet Pilot Programme?

To apply for the Air India Cadet Pilot Programme, candidates must generally meet the following criteria:

• Must be an Indian Citizen or OCI
• Age 18-30 years
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Medically fit and eligible for DGCA Class 1 Medical
• Minimum 10+2 qualification with required marks in Physics, Mathematics, and English
• Candidates who wish to apply again may submit a new application after a mandatory three-month cooling-off period from the date of their last application.
