About Course
About the Air India Cadet Pilot Programme
The Air India Cadet Pilot Programme selects candidates who want to become commercial pilots. Selected students complete their Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training first. After that, they undergo Type Rating at approved training organisations in India or abroad. With training conducted at Air India’s Flying Training Academy in Amravati and partner schools in the United States, the programme is designed to shape future airline-ready pilots from day one.
How Do We Help?
Technical Evaluation Preparation
Our online training prepares you for aptitude assessments covering numerical reasoning, critical thinking, spatial orientation, multitasking, and psychomotor skills. We conduct structured online practice sessions, mock tests, and performance analysis. These sessions help you improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure. We also ensure you develop the mental sharpness and confidence required to perform effectively under pressure.
Non-Technical Evaluation Preparation
We provide dedicated airline cadet preparation for group discussions, panel interviews, and personality assessments. Through our live mock interviews, CRM-based group exercises, and personalised feedback, we teach you to communicate effectively, show leadership qualities, and stand out professionally. Our academy’s goal is to help you present yourself confidently, communicate clearly, and stand out positively among other aspiring airline candidates.
Final Selection Readiness
Once you clear all stages, we continue mentoring you with pre-joining guidance and mental readiness sessions. We focus on building the right mindset, discipline, and understanding of airline culture expected from future pilots. Our sessions prepare you mentally and professionally so you step into the programme with clarity, confidence, and a strong foundation for your aviation career.
