Airship Aviation Academy (hereafter referred to as “AAA”) is committed to providing high-quality aviation training and education. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment required from both the academy and the students, AAA does not offer refunds for payments made. This policy is in place to ensure that students are fully committed to their training and to maintain the integrity of our programs.
No Refund Policy:
- Once payment is made for any course, program, or service, it is non-refundable.
- Students are encouraged to carefully consider their decision to enroll in AAA’s programs and to review all course details and requirements before making a payment.
Exceptions:
- In exceptional circumstances, such as a course cancellation by AAA, a full refund may be issued.
- Any refund requests due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to airshipaviation@gmail.com within 3 days of the course cancellation or other exceptional event.
Course Cancellation:
AAA reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and will be eligible for a full refund.
