Role and Responsibilities

  • Conducting requisite Ground Preparatory and Technical Classes (CPL/ATPL, B737, A320). 
  • Prepare & Maintain CPL/ATPL, B737, and A320 Questions to the Question Bank.
  • Design & update the curriculum to align with DGCA guidelines and current aviation standards, ensuring it adequately prepares students for aviation exams. 
  • Can conduct detailed lectures on subjects such as Aircraft Rules, Theory of Flight, Air Navigation, and Aviation Meteorology, ensuring comprehensive coverage of exam-related materials. 
  • Develop and administer assessments that mirror the structure and rigour of CPL, B737, ATPL, and A320 exams to gauge student understanding and readiness. 
  • Maintain and update teaching resources like textbooks, handouts, and digital media to ensure they are current and effective for exam preparation. 
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop teaching strategies that promote a cohesive learning environment.
  • Organize and lead strategy sessions that focus on exam techniques, time management, and coping mechanisms for exam stress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CPL/ATPL License holders (Indian or Foreign) with prior teaching experience.
  • Retired Navigators/Pilots from Defense Services
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering.
